The Kubota ZL600 is a 0.6 L (577 cc, 35.21 cu·in) natural aspirated two-cylinders four-stroke liquid-cooled internal combustion vertical diesel engine, manufactured by Kubota for general-purpose applications.
A 70.0 mm (2.76 in) cylinder bore and 75.0 mm (2.95 in) piston stroke give the ZL600 engine a total of 577 cc of displacement.
The ZL600 engine produced 12.6 PS (9.3 KW; 12.5 HP) at 2,700 rpm of horsepower and 33.0 N·m (3.3 kg·m, 24.3 ft·lb) at 2,000 rpm of maximum torque.
