Nissan KA24DEThe Nissan KA24DE is a 2.4 L (2,389 cc, 145.8 cu·in) natural aspirated four-stroke water-cooled internal combustion small gasoline engine with a horizontal shaft, manufactured by Nissan Motor Corporation from 1991 to 2016 in Aguascalientes, Mexico for US market, and in Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan.

The cylinder bore and piston stroke are 89.0 mm (3.5 in) and 96.0 mm (3.78 in), respectively. The compression ratio rating is 9.5:1 on Nissan 240SX, and 9.2:1 or 9.3:1 on trucks.

The KA24DE engine produced from 145.5 PS (107 kW; 143.5 HP) at 4,300 rpm to 157.8 PS (116 kW; 155.6 HP) at 5,600 rpm of maximum horsepower and from 208 N·m (21.2 kg·m, 153.3 ft·lb) at 3,600 rpm to 217 N·m (22.1 kg·m, 159.9 ft·lb) at 4,400 rpm of maximum torque.
