The Zongshen 161F is a 0.1 L (123 cc, 7.51 cu·in) naturally aspirated single-cylinder four-stroke air-cooled internal combustion small gasoline engine with a horizontal shaft from the Zongshen BT-series, manufactured by Zongshen Power Co. for general-purpose applications.
The Zongshen BT161F engine has a single-cylinder, overhead valve (OHV) design, and recoil starter. This engine used a carburetor fuel system, transistorized magneto ignition system, splash type lubricating system, and forced-air cooling system. The engine is fitted with a semi-dry foam air cleaner. The ZS 161F is equipped with a 1.5 L (0.4 US. gal. 0.33 Imp. gal.) fuel tank.
