Honda E3500 generatorThe Honda E3500 is AC/DC portable generator. The E3500 is equipped with two receptacles for alternating current 115V, 15A power, one receptacle for 115V, 30A, and one receptacle for 230V, 15.2A. The maximum power available at the receptacles is 3.5 kVA (3,500 watts). The generator is equipped with an AVR (Auto Voltage Regulator). The voltage need not be adjusted if the frequency is adjusted property.

The direct current terminals can be used for charging 12-volt automotive type batteries only.

The Honda E3500 generator uses a single-cylinder Honda G400 gasoline engine (406 cc; 24.8 engine has a side-valve (L-head) design and camshaft driven by a single row chain driven by the crankshaft. The G400 uses a recoil starter, horizontal carburetor with a butterfly valve and flywheel magneto ignition system. The cylinder bore and the piston stroke are 86.0 mm (3.4 in) and 70.0 mm (2.8 in), respectively. The compression ratio rating is 6.5:1.

The G400 produced 10.0 HP (7.45 kW) at 3600 rpm of maximum horsepower and torque was 22.5 Nm (2.3 kg·m) at 3600 rpm.

  1. Is there carburetor replacement. I have cleaned carb and replaced the float.still had starting runs poorly
